Popped along to the launch of the new Fergus Henderson tome: Beyond Nose to Tail. Not a great deal to report on the food front apart from the fact it's an extremely pleasant experience to be served Bollinger Champagne, Anchovy Buns and The World's Best Pork Scratchings by nice young women. Just thought I'd let you know.

It certainly is. I wonder who owns it that´s some valuable real estate there.

Yes but though delicate (like a woman´s hands) it was surprsingly difficult to prise out the the delicious morsel.
