BOOK MY GLOBE (UK EDITION)
So, until I get home next week, here is another shameless plug for EAT MY GLOBE
This time, the UK edition to be published by John Murray on the 2nd April 2009.
As you can see, it is a little bit different from the US edition (now altered to recognise the contributions of “Big Red” my faithful rucksack to the journey) and still is not yet completely finished, but I rather like it
Even after twenty years in publishing, the difference between the UK and US markets still catches me out, but I think both publishers have done a very good job.
I hope that they will have reason to say the same when I deliver the manuscript next month

Yes, I see differences in the covers. The American version majors on the travelling whilst the Brit on the eating.
By the by, are you having to do any rewrites for the American market or will it be in British English?

The American version will be edited for spelling and to make any more obscure references "Sue Lawley" (don't ask) and "Whippets" more relevant
Very different takes, but I like them both

The Brit cover reminds me of Cat in The Hat, not a bad thing .
