Sometimes, when one's diet has been nutritionally lacking, you need to get back to basics and eat food that covers all the food groups.

Fortunately, HP is a past master when it comes to such matters and whipped up a meal involving everything that keeps a decent human being operating on full throttle.

Beef: Fillet steak
Pork: Sausages
Lamb: Cutlets
Chicken: Well, eggs
Fruit: er, tomatoes
Vegetables: Mushrooms

Oh yes, black pudding too. For the iron of course.

With a large cup of builder's tea, it is everything the forward thinking nutritionist would prescribe.
